All print replications and original sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of a print order arriving damaged, please document the damage and contact email@example.com within 2 weeks of arrival. Arrangements will be made to send you a replacement order. If the print cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out, you will be refunded, minus shipping costs or if you have an exchange of equivalent value please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
In the case of original artwork or other goods arriving damaged, please contact email@example.com so that we can recover the cost with the insurance, if available. (all originals ship fully insured)
In the rare case of an original being lost while shipping, we cannot refund or take action until 12 weeks after the initial projected arrival shipping date.
